Why We Practice (BMW M3 GS Pit Stop Practice)
The art of the pit stop requires practice, practice and more practice. This was recorded using a GoPro HD Hero camera on a Turner Motorsport GS class tire changer. This was a practice tire change, done during a practice session for the BMW 200 at Daytona, January 26, 2012. Although this tire change had flaws, it’s an honest look into what happens for a GS tire changer. Next time, he won’t lose any lug nuts, and it’ll save precious seconds during the REAL racing event.
