I think the weatherman is blowin’ smoke on snow & ice. Tomorrows forecast temperatures and accumulation levels are negligible for southern Charlotte, though the mountains and foothills may be another story. I just want to clarify that this is based on what the National Weather Service is saying, not the local weathertainment news report.
Don’t get me wrong, it makes for a great news story. But truth be told I’m more skeptical than ever when it comes to local news predictions. These guys are in the business of selling ads and bringing in eyeballs, and folks these are tough times for drawing advertisers. That said go buy some snow shovels, your going to need them here in North Carolina!
